Face to face Yoga Therapy won’t be happening for a few months – I am targeting September to restart sessions in person.
Until then I am able to offer 1 on 1 sessions and consultations using the video conferencing tool, Zoom.
Its not ideal, but it is possible, and I am already doing a few sessions each week with regulars this way, additionally I have had some best practice training (via Zoom!) in conducting Yoga Therapy online.
