From 4 July 2020 I can once again offer Yoga Therapy sessions in person at my Rowborough studio. For clients who prefer to continue to work via Zoom for now that can, of course, be accommodated.
In person sessions are offered, of course, with Social Distancing and Sanitisation.
Yoga Therapy can help with many issues, in particular Stress and Anxiety arising from the changes we’ve all had to embrace over recent months.
